Leave work healthier than you arrived
Most offices bolt wellness on — a discount code, a poster about posture. We built a studio into the building and put the classes inside your workday, where you’ll actually do them. Free for every member, every week.
Your week, punctuated properly
A rolling weekly programme, carefully crafted with our fitness partner MXO Fitness — scheduled around the workday, not squeezed in despite it.
Yoga
In the Bedford Row wellness studio. Mats provided, excuses not accepted (gently).
Pilates
The mid-week reset between deadlines.
Run Club
Leaves from the front door for Jockey’s Fields and Lincoln’s Inn Fields. All paces. Showers waiting when you’re back.
Zumba
Loud, joyful, zero experience required.
Boxing
Gloves up, laptop down. Technique-first sessions for all levels.
Every class is included in every membership — coworking or private office — at no extra cost. Bring a colleague; converting a sceptic counts as cardio.
Two floors from your desk
A dedicated wellness studio, proper showers, bike storage, a well-being room to help you de-stress, healthy food options and live planting on every floor. All the infrastructure of a good habit, built right into the building.
The benefits line your team will actually redeem
If you run a company, you’ve bought wellness perks before and watched the usage stats. Ours get used because they’re downstairs, they’re scheduled around the workday, and colleagues drag each other along.
