Two full event spaces in Fleet Street: the Bedford Lounge (60 standing, 40 seated) and the Furnival Hall (140 standing, 90 seated). In-house bar, AV, kitchen, and a front-of-house team that knows how to disappear at the right moments.

Once the home of British newspapers, now a mix of legal chambers, banking back-offices, and small creative studios. Fleet Street's strength is the walkability, Covent Garden, the South Bank, and the City are all under fifteen minutes.
Tubes within a few minutes' walk: Chancery Lane, Temple, Blackfriars, St Paul's. Lines on the doorstep: Central, Circle, District. You're near St Paul's Cathedral, the South Bank, Smithfield, and the Inns of Court.

Hosted suppers, product launches, recording days, member socials. Our event spaces are designed to look right with twelve guests or one hundred and forty. We've done a wedding, once. We don't talk about the wedding. Speak to our community team to plan yours; turnaround on quotes is one working day.
It feels like we got an extra team member the day we moved in, the front-of-house just know everyone. We've already taken the second floor.
