Commitment to Transparency – At Juntos, we publish an annual Impact Report and Carbon Reduction Plan, openly reporting our carbon emissions (scope 1 and 2) so our community can measure our progress and hold us accountable.

Sustainable Operations – We make sure all our locations achieve at least an EPC rating of C, source 100% renewable energy, and use smart systems like sensor-based lighting and HVAC to cut unnecessary energy use.

Environmental Stewardship – Our approach includes a strict recycling policy, eliminating single-use plastics, and working only with suppliers who share our commitment to minimising environmental impact.

Community & Inclusivity – Each of our locations partners with a local charity, while we also provide free healthy snacks and drinks, advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, and ensure free access to female hygiene products.

Employee & Member Wellbeing – We focus on wellbeing by hosting wellness events, offering spaces to unwind, providing enhanced sick pay, and giving every team member access to mental health training. We also uphold a “Right to Disconnect,” and train all staff as mental health first aiders.

Strong Governance – Guided by strict ethical standards, we ensure transparency and fair representation across all levels of our business. To reinforce this, a junior team member joins our board each year on a rotating basis, so every voice is heard.
